patched some stuff

Added linear filtering to the game over text, decreased the speed increase value to make it more faithful to the original, added spawn delay like in the original, its still not a 1/1 recreation, but it is closer to it than ever, this might be the last update of it for a while if not for ever, its at a point where differences are mostly negligible, i still wouldn't advise using it as a substitute in contests, as its not frame perfect yet
